Terms of sale
Article 1: General clause
Our sales and services are subject to these terms of sale of products or services, the special conditions of other products or services. The general terms may be changed at any time.
Article 2: Offers
- The offer of the online store (http://www.aylo.fr) is regulated by general and special conditions, which is not legally considered a permanent offer. Photographs and detailed descriptions presented in the online store or site, are not binding.
Article 3: Order
Orders are placed exclusively on our website www.aylo.frAcceptance of the order will be confirmed by email.
Completing the order form available on www.aylo.fr and confirming it means acceptance of terms and conditions of sale.
The minimum order value is € 20, excluding shipping and delivery costs.
Article 4: Price – VAT
Prices listed on the site include tax and regulated by French law. Shipping costs vary according to weight and volume of the package.
Prices may change at any time without forward information.

Article 5: Payment
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card
Article 6: Delivery and Transportation
Products are delivered upon receipt of your payment.
Goods are usually delivered within 4-15 working days upon issuing payment over the entire metropolitan France, overseas territories and Europe depending on items availability.
The date of delivery is not binding.
We send only complete parcels. In case any of the items ordered is out of stock, the order will be carried out as soon as all items are available.
If the ordered product is unavailable we will inform you by email. You can also select in the comment field the choice of other colors if the colors you've chosen is no longer available.
Delays for backordered products are listed on our website.
If the ordered is not delivered two months after issuing payment, Aylo will reimburse for the undelivered goods.
Packages are delivered by post or by express carrier to the address given in the order.
Thank you for checking goods after delivery. The reservation should be indicated on the delivery note presented by the carrier or may be sent to serviceclient@aylo.fr within 48 hours. Aylo agrees to take back, exchange, or refund faulty goods without being liable to paying for damages. The cost of returning transport is on Aylo.
Delivery is in mainland France, Europe, Switzerland and overseas territories.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery, to withdraw his order.
The postmark or the date of payment is the starting date of that period. The return or cancellation may involve all or part of the order.
If the package is returned on customer’s will, postage costs are on customer’s part.
Reimbursement (total or partial) takes maximum 14 working days from the date of delivery, is made by check or transfer payable to the person or the name given.
Products damaged, incomplete, may not be returned or refunded.
After 14 days from delivery, the goods will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
The documents and information provided by Aylo are in accordance to provisions and limitations the authors were able to fix.
Article 9: Obligations of Parties
Aylo agrees to sell and deliver products or services ordered by the costumer as specified above.
The customer is obliged to give Aylo an address where the order should be delivered. Personal data (name, address, phone number, email address ...) is required for making sales contract. This information is essential for processing and delivery of orders and preparing invoices.
Article 10: Invoice
The invoice is sent to the address specified. It is established in accordance to the rates and the date of placing the order.
Aylo does not take responsibility for errors.
Article 11: Guarantee
Leather products are given one year guarantee. This warranty does not apply to natural wear of materials.

Article 13: Personal Information and Data Use
The information is requested to validate the order.
Due to Article 34 of the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the Act of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data on the computer.
