Your order will be sent after issuing payment. It also depends on product availability.
Goods are usually delivered within 4-15 working days (upon issuing the payment) over the entire metropolitan France, overseas territories and Europe depending on item availability.
The date of delivery is not binding.

When will I receive an order which a product is unavailable?
If one of the items ordered is out of stock, we will send the complete parcel as soon as all items are available.
Delays for backordered products are listed on our website.
How long does delivery of the order take?
To reduce the waiting time of receiving your order we advise to choose payment by credit card.
We do our best and make every effort to ensure that your products will be sent as soon as possible. However we are dependent on our suppliers. The deadlines for certain products may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and your understanding.
